Katia Comes to Stay!

So tonight we’re being hit by a category 1 hurricane – “Katia”. Silly old hag was heading to the US but decided she actually didn’t want to go so has travelled all the way across the Atlantic to visit us. As nice as it is to have a tourist, I don’t think it’ll be much fun to have her staying so we hope she’ll hate the culture and go home quickly (wherever home is for her!)

And so we wait.  This isn’t even Katia yet but there is definitely something frightening brewing. So here are a few photos of us cosying up waiting for this moody thing to pass on over (taken with tired hands on a phone!) I will admit, having never had a hurricane before it is somewhat exciting.

    Hope all is well for you guys! It’s a beautiful spring day over here, currently about 25C!

    I had a dream the other night that we lived down the road from each other and I was going over to have a barbeque. It was a good dream :)
